Fit mum-of-four and personal trainer Sophie Guidolin has hit back at a troll who accused her of of ‘faking a marriage breakdown’ in an emotional post online.
The 30-year-old fitness expert and nutritionist from Queensland posted on her Instagram account, writing ‘the past 12 months have been hard’.
‘Nathan moved out for six months, who the actual F**K would “fake break up”?!?? It’s called marriage counselling and working through your sh*t. F**K OFF,’ Sophie replied to a comment posted beneath one of her pictures.
The comment read: ‘That fake breakup though. See, you lost followers, but not everyone buys your BS.’

Following the hit back, Sophie later issued a separate post in response to the comment, writing:
‘This is an incredibly vulnerable feeling – not only because of how this image looks – but because this was such a low point in my life and I still feel nauseous even looking at this, as I remember it like it was yesterday.’
She accompanied her raw post with a powerful image of her crying with one of her children in her arms.
Sophie continued: ‘[There are] a few points I would like to make.
‘1. My marriage breakdown was VERY real and yes, I didn’t share it because we are entitled to our privacy. Not because I want to portray a perfect life – I never have.’
The 30-year-old also said she ‘didn’t do sh** for publicity. I BEGGED for privacy and turned off comments with key words’.

‘Yes, Nathan moved out,’ she continued.
‘I HIGHLY doubt things would have turned out as they have if we documented this online.
‘Mental health is a real thing. My four children are my priority – sorry guys, I love you all but you will never come above my family.’
She concluded by writing ‘I am not an “influencer”. I am a nutritionist and personal trainer. I am a mum and a wife. A real f**king person.
